4. No Guarantees or Performance Claims

While we apply professional expertise, experience, and best practices:

• We do not guarantee business results, revenue, growth, conversions, rankings, traffic, or performance
• We do not guarantee outcomes related to websites, advertising, marketing, or published content
• We do not guarantee third-party platform performance (e.g., search engines, social media, advertising platforms)

Business decisions and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the client.


5. Discovery Session Money-Back Guarantee (Limited)

We offer a limited money-back guarantee for the first discovery session only, under the following condition:

If, after the first discovery session, the client genuinely believes they were unable to clearly express or articulate their vision — which is the sole purpose of that session — they may request a refund for that discovery session fee only.

This guarantee:

• Applies only to the first discovery session
• Must be requested promptly following the session
• Does not apply to any work beyond discovery
• Does not apply once additional services or deliverables have begun


6. No Refunds on Completed Work

All services, deliverables, consulting time, creative work, strategy development, production, and published materials are non-refundable once completed or delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Consulting time
• Strategy documents
• Website or media production
• Marketing assets
• Digital tools, templates, or content

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that professional time and intellectual effort are expended regardless of business outcome.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Review and approve materials in a timely manner
• Make final business decisions independently
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in their own jurisdiction

We are not responsible for delays, issues, or outcomes caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.


8. Intellectual Property

We may recommend or use third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for:

• Pricing, performance, or availability of third-party tools

Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.


12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are overdue

Clients may terminate services in accordance with any written agreement in place. Completed work remains payable and non-refundable.
